TiE Young Entrepreneurs

Program Overview: 

The TiE Young Entrepreneurs (TYE) program is a global initiative for high school students in Grades 9-12. It encourages innovation through experiential learning, providing a platform for students to learn the fundamentals of starting a venture.

Program Structure and Goals :

  • Foster innovation and leadership skills.
  • Provide hands-on startup experience.
  • Encourage creativity and collaboration.
  • Build the foundation for entrepreneurial success.

The Three Phases:

  • Learning Sessions: Deep dive into business plans, design thinking, sales, marketing, and startup mathematics.
  • Business Plan Development: Mentorship from TiE members involving brainstorming, prototyping, and lean canvas development.
  • Business Plan Competition: Showcasing skills in regional and global competitions before a panel of VCs and Angel Investors.
